this isn’t a quick fix or crash diet. this isn’t a 30-60-90 day plan. this is your new life. it will require a mental shift. it will involve change. but strategically and consistently implementing these things will pay off. and it will become natural as time goes on.

 

every plan needs a starting point. and we think that it makes sense to jump in with gusto. let’s do this! you are committed, right? right. then here we go…

 

to kick things off, let’s clean house. literally and figuratively.

 

first. head to your pantry, fridge, secret stash…and clean that stuff out. you are going to focus on removing simple carbs, processed foods, and sugar. dump the junk. and while you’re at it, get rid of even your “healthy” packaged snacks too. start fresh without all the processed stuff. and defienitly dump the crackers, pastries, bread, cookies, pasta, chips. potatoes, vegetable oils, and anything labeled low-fat. if it is there, you will eat it so don’t have it around. and don’t worry about waste. you have wasted enough time already. make a decision a do it. and do not even bother continuing reading if this step isn’t complete. use our preferred foods list to restock. fill your home with good things that will support your success.
